- water300 ml
- Pre-cooked corn flakes250 g
- chopped cilantro and chives50 g
- small chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- crushed garlic clove1 unit(s)
- bacon250 g
- tablespoon margarine1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste1 to taste
- Chopped tomato1 to taste
- Melt the margarine in a pan and add the garlic and onion, letting them brown. Add the bacon and cook until almost fried.
- Place the corn flakes and salt to taste in a bowl and mix with water until moist. Let it rest for 3 minutes, put it in a couscous pan and leave it on high heat for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes have passed, release the couscous until crumbly.
- Mix the couscous with the bacon made in the 1st step, add the cilantro, onion and tomato to taste. mix everything very well.
