Grated corn cobs
1/2 coffee spoon
Take the couscous and add water as if you were going to make a couscous
Line the couscous sieve with some corn husks.
Season the grated corn dough with salt and cheese
Put it in the couscous pan, cover with more corn husks and cover, put it on low heat for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and unmold onto a plate, then serve.
