- Sauté the garlic and onion and add the corn, peas, olives, 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs and 1 can of sardines.
- Add the sauce and bring to a boil.
- Add the corn flour and the green smell and stir until it is consistent.
- Grease a mold with oil or olive oil and decorate the bottom of the baking dish with boiled egg, a can of sardines, corn, peas, olives and tomato.
- After decorated, add the couscous mass and press hard on the mold.
- Unmold and serve.
