  • Green bell pepper, diced1 unit(s)
  • Red bell pepper, diced1 unit(s)
  • Yellow bell pepper, diced1 unit(s)
  • Sardines or tuna2 can(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable broth1 unit(s)
  • Couscous Flour or Corn Flakes3 cup
  • Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
  • TOMATOES to devour to taste
  • Egg to decorate to taste
  • Sardines to decorate to taste
  1. Place the olive oil, onion, peppers, olives, peas, corn, tomato sauce, parsley, sardines, seasonings and stock cube in a large pan. Add the water, bring to a boil, add the cornmeal and cook.
