- Flocão3 cup
- Water1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Place the Flocão in a container and add the water and salt. Mix and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a couscous pan, with half the bottom half containing water. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Then turn off the heat, and wait 3 minutes to unmold.
