- Filtered water120 ml
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl until crumbly.
- Cover with a tea towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Put water in the couscous pan, about 3 fingers, place the support and adjust the couscous, cover and let it cook on medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve the couscous warm with your favorite stuffing.
