Cottage2 tablespoon
Tuna2 tablespoon
cherry tomato4 unit(s)
grated carrot2 tablespoon
Arugula to taste
Light Mayonnaise to taste
Mustard to taste

Cut the bread in half, spread the cottage cheese, on top put the tuna, the tomatoes cut in half, the grated carrot and the arugula. Spread a little light mayonnaise and mustard on the half of the bread that will have contact with the arugula.
