- Wheat flour1 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Chopped cheese of your choice100 mg
- Chopped Guava200 mg
- In a blender add eggs, milk, oil and beat for 2 min.
- Add some of the chosen cheese cut into cubes and beat again. In a container add the cornmeal, wheat flour and sugar; mix. Then, pour the liquid mass that is in the blender into the container with the dry ingredients; mix everything until the dough is homogeneous. Add the baking powder and stir again.
- In a medium and greased roast, put a little sugar in the bottom and spread it all over the roast. Pour the dough over the baking sheet until halfway through. Add some of the cubed guava and the mozzarella cheese. Pour the rest of the dough covering the guava and the mozzarella cheese well. On top, place the rest of the guava cut into cubes and the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 190º C for approximately 45 minutes.
