Cornmeal Romeo and Juliet Cake

Em um liquidificador adicione os ovos, o leite, o óleo bata por 2 min

In a blender add eggs, milk, oil and beat for 2 min.

Acrescente um pouco do queijo escolhido cortado em cubos e bata novamente.
Em um recipiente adicione o fubá, a farinha de trigo e o açúcar; mexa.
Em seguida, despeje a massa líquida que está no liquidificador dentro do recipiente com os ingredientes secos; misture tudo até a massa ficar homogênea.
Acrescente o fermento em pó e mexa novamente.

Add the baking powder and stir again.

Leve para assar em forno preaquecido a 190º C por aproximadamente 45 minutos.
