- Warm milk480 ml
- Oil220 ml
- Salt8 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar100 g
- Fresh yeast50 g
- Cornmeal300 g
- Wheat Flour approx.800 g
- Guava paste cut into cubes500 g
- Warm milk
- Mix everything in the blender except the wheat flour
- Pour this mixture into a bowl and add the wheat flour until it reaches the point
- Knead the dough and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
- After this period, separate portions of 100 grams or the grams you prefer and make donuts by placing a cube of guava paste in the middle
- Let it rest until it rises, then brush the yolk with milk over the bread and bake it over low heat for 00:45 minutes.
