Em um liquidificador, adicione os ovos, o açúcar, o fubá, a farinha de trigo, o óleo, o leite e o fermento, depois bata até a massa ficar lisa e homogênea.

In a blender, add the eggs, sugar, cornmeal, wheat flour, oil, milk and yeast, then beat until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.

Despeje a massa em uma forma untada e polvilhada.


Pour the dough into a greased and sprinkled shape.


Leve para assar em forno médio 180 °C preaquecido por cerca de 40 minutos.


Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
