- Recipe
- Cornmeal2 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Milk1/4 cup
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Mix cornmeal and wheat flour. Reserve.
- Beat the Egg, Sugar and Butter well.
- Add Milk and Mix.
- Put the Cornmeal and Wheat Flour Mixture. Stir until smooth.
- Knead with your hands for a few minutes.
- Finish with yeast. (The dough sticks to your hands)
- Format as desired and place in greased form.
- Bake for 20 minutes in a medium oven.(How much + time in the oven: + Crispy)
