  • Corn oil250 ml
  • Sugar200 g
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Cornmeal375 g
  • Wheat flour125 g
  • Milk (very hot)250 ml
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Place the oil, sugar and eggs in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  2. In a bowl place the cornmeal and flour and mix with a spoon.
  3. After the blender ingredients mentioned in the first step have been blended, now we are going to add this mixture to the bowl with the flour and cornmeal, again mix well with a spatula or spoon.
  4. Now put the very hot milk and stir it completely until it becomes a smooth dough (apparently a little soft), and at the end the baking powder, stir just to incorporate it with delicacy.
  5. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven in a greased and floured pan. Once ready you can sprinkle sugar and cinnamon and decorate to taste.
