Cornmeal cake with guava

Pre aqueça em 180°c o forno.

Em um recipiente coloque a Farinha, Fubá , Açúcar Fermento e Erva Doce. Adicione também os Ovos Margarina mexendo bem, por último adicione o leite. E mecha até ficar uma massa cremosa.


Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a container place the Flour, Cornmeal, Sugar Yeast and Fennel. Also add the Margarine Eggs mixing well, finally add the milk. And mix until you get a creamy mass.


Separe de 10 a 12 forminhas de silicone e coloque espaçadas em uma forma de alumínio. 
Depois coloque a massa na forminha deixando 1 dedo e meio a 2 dedos sem preencher.
Por último corte cubinhos de goiabada no tamanho desejado e coloque no meio da massa afundando sem encostadar no fundo.
 Leve ao fogo baixo por 30 a 40 minutos até assar. 
Depois é só aproveitar esse lanchinho maravilhoso com um café quentinho :)

Separate 10 to 12 silicone molds and place spaced in an aluminum form.
Then put the dough in the forminha leaving 1 and a half to 2 fingers unfilled.
Finally, cut guava cubes to the desired size and place in the middle of the dough, sinking without touching the bottom.
 Cook over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes until cooked through.
Then just enjoy this wonderful snack with a hot coffee :)
