- grated coconut1 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar or culinary sweetener1 dessert spoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 teaspoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Mix all the ingredients, except the cinnamon, leave it to throw over the cake. Put the dough in the mug and let it bake in the microwave on high power for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
