Cornmeal Cake with Carrots

  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Creamy Cornmeal1 cup
  • Baking powder (raza spoon)1 tablespoon
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Carrots2 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar (small cups)2 cup
  1. In a large and spacious bowl, sift and place the wheat flour, cornmeal and baking powder and mix very slowly (that way the yeast will not be activated before the right time).
  2. In a blender place the oil, sugar, eggs and carrot and beat everything until well blended. About 3 minutes.
  3. While the ingredients are beating in the blender, grease the form with oil or margarine and sprinkle flour all over the form, as this will make it easier to unmold your cake.
  4. Take the blended mixture in the blender and pour and mix with a spatula the other ingredients in the bowl. Doing this manually will make the yeast process start more naturally, leaving the dough smoother and fluffier.
  5. After mixing everything, just put it in the previously greased shape and put it in the preheated oven for 10 minutes at 220 degrees. About 50 minutes later, your cake will be ready for a delicious coffee.
