- warm milk1 cup

- milk2 cup
- sugar2 cup
- cornmeal2 cup
- yeast1 tablespoon
- sweet herb1 dessert spoon
- grated coconut50 g
- Icing sugar0 to taste
- Mix the first 4 ingredients in a pan, after taking it to low fire, always stirring until it comes off the bottom of the pan, remove from the fire and book.
- Then, when it is cold, beat the egg whites in snow.
- In another bowl, beat the egg yolks and add a few tablespoons of warm milk and gradually add the warm porridge, beating constantly.
- Add the rest of the warm milk, turn off the mixer, put the yeast and the egg white, mixing gently.
- After pouring into a greased and floured shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180° for 40 min.
- Wait for it to cool a little and unmold and finish sprinkling icing sugar.
