Ingredients

  • Wheat flour | 1 cup
  • Cornmeal a cup and a half | 1.1/2 cup
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Butter or margarine | 3 tablespoon
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Chopped Guava | 1 cup
  • Yeast | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar and margarine, mix well until it becomes a whitish cream. After adding the wheat flour and stirring a little more, add the cornmeal and alternating with the milk, always stirring until you get a homogeneous mixture, finally add the guava and the yeast and stir just to mix. Pour the mixture into a greased and infarinhada shape and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes. Wait for it to cool down to unmold. And that's it, delight yourself with this perfect cake.
