- Wheat flour1 cup
- Cornmeal a cup and a half1.1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Chopped Guava1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar and margarine, mix well until it becomes a whitish cream. After adding the wheat flour and stirring a little more, add the cornmeal and alternating with the milk, always stirring until you get a homogeneous mixture, finally add the guava and the yeast and stir just to mix. Pour the mixture into a greased and infarinhada shape and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes. Wait for it to cool down to unmold. And that's it, delight yourself with this perfect cake.
