Primeiro peneire o fubá e a farinha. Reserve. Bata na mão os ovos,açúcar e o óleo, bata bem. Adicione os ingredientes secos e misture bem. Adicione o fermento e mexa delicadamente. Transfira para uma fôrma untada e polvilhada com fubá e leve ao forno pré aquecido em 180° por 30 minutos 

First sift the cornmeal and flour. Reserve. Hand beat the eggs, sugar and oil, beat well. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the yeast and stir gently. Transfer to a greased and sprinkled with cornmeal and take to the preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
