- Cornmeal1 cup
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- First sift the cornmeal and flour. Reserve. Hand beat the eggs, sugar and oil, beat well. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the yeast and stir gently. Transfer to a greased and sprinkled with cornmeal and take to the preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
