  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Cornmeal2 cup
  • Wheat flour4 tablespoon
  • Milk2 cup
  • Chemical yeast1 tablespoon
  1. In a mixer, beat the eggs, oil and milk for at least 2 minutes.
  2. Add the sugar and beat for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cornmeal and wheat flour.
  4. Beat until a very homogeneous dough forms.
  5. Pour the dough into a pan greased with margarine and floured with wheat flour.
  6. Place in a preheated oven at 280°C for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Pierce the cake with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it's ready.
  8. Serve with coffee or tea.
