Pre-heat the oven at 180 °.
Place the eggs, oil, sugar and milk in a blender. Blend everything for 3-5 min.
Place in a large bowl and add the cornmeal and wheat flour, stirring constantly with a whisk until the dough is homogeneous.
Add salt, yeast and fennel seeds.
Grease a cake tin with a hole in the middle and pour the dough.
Bake for approximately 30 min. or until the cake is completely baked.
Tip: wait for the cake to cool down to unmold.
