- 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2 In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil and sugar for 2 minutes.
- 3 In a large refractory, mix the flour, cornmeal and yeast.
- 4 Add the liquids to the dry and mix well.
- 5 Pour in an already greased and floured shape and take it to the oven for about 40 minutes.
