- Wheat Flour01 cup
- Cornmeal01 cup
- Egg06 unit(s)
- Sweet Sprinkle01 cup
- Margarine/oil/pork lard1/2 cup

- Sugar1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Boil water and margarine. When it boils add wheat flour and cornmeal. Blend until incorporated.
- pour into a bowl and add the sprinkle, at this stage the dough turns into angu. Let cool. Once cool, add the eggs, one at a time, until incorporated. Make balls with the dough and take it to the oven, in a greased roast, leaving space between them. It will take between 40 minutes and 1 hour to bake in a preheated oven at 180°C. Eat as soon as it's ready, with butter, cottage cheese and/or jam.
