- grated coconut50 g
- Wheat flour1.1/2 cup
- Cornmeal mimoso1.1/2 cup
- Baking powder1.1/2 tablespoon
- Beat the sugar, eggs and oil until a homogeneous cream is formed.
- Then add the milk, coconut, salt. Mix well. Gradually add the sifted flour and cornmeal.
- Mix the yeast and take it to the preheated oven for about 40 minutes (180 C).
