Refined sugar

Bata o açúcar, os ovos e o óleo até formar um creme homogêneo. 

Beat the sugar, eggs and oil until a homogeneous cream is formed.

Em seguida, acrescente o leite, o coco, o sal. Misture bem. Acrescente aos poucos a farinha e o fubá peneirados. 

Then add the milk, coconut, salt. Mix well. Gradually add the sifted flour and cornmeal.

Misture o fermento e leve ao forno pré aquecido por cerca de 40 minutos (180 C). 

Mix the yeast and take it to the preheated oven for about 40 minutes (180 C).
