  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Maizena | 2 cup
  • Sifted Egg Yolks | 3 unit(s)
  • Lemon 🍋 (zest) | 1 unit(s)
  • Margarine | 1 cup
  • Wheat flour | 1 cup
  • Yeast | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Mix the egg yolks, sugar and margarine until pale. Mix the lemon zest, yeast, wheat and cornstarch. Love enough. Let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough with the rolling pin until it is half a centimeter high, cut the dough or make small balls. Bake preheated oven at 180° Bake 5 to 10 minutes.
