- Milk60 ml
- Water120 ml
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Fennel1 dessert spoon
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Sugar45 g
- In a pan, add the milk, water, butter and bring to a boil.
- Add the flour, sugar, cornmeal, fennel and salt
- Combine the two mixtures and stir for 5 minutes over low heat.
- Let cool
- Add the eggs gradually, incorporating, until you get a creamy mass
- Sprinkle cornmeal in a container
- Put 1/4 of a tablespoon of the mixture into the cornmeal and stir in a circular motion.
- Bake in oven 180°C for 40 minutes
- Serve :)
