- Flaked Corn Flour250 g
- Wheat flour250 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Water2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- 1x1cm guava cubes15 unit(s)
- Mix all the ingredients except the guava.
- Grease your hands with butter and make small balls. Flatten the balls slightly and in the center of each place a cube of guava paste.
- Place in a pre-heated mold at 180° in a greased and floured baking dish for 15 minutes, or until golden.
