- Before starting, separate 100 ml of milk and dissolve the cornstarch
- TIP: This will make your porridge not lumpy. In a pan, place the milk, sugar and dissolved Maizena;
- Place over medium heat and stir constantly; Stir constantly, until it thickens and becomes very creamy;
- Then transfer to a bowl or plate and serve warm;
- NOTE: For those who wish to serve it cold, just stir non-stop until it cools down. TIP: it is important to stir constantly because if you leave it to cool without stirring, the porridge will create a film on top. If desired, add cinnamon on top.
