  1. In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar and beat in the mixer very well for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add the butter or margarine and beat again until smooth. Add the corn starch, wheat flour, milk and mix lightly with a spoon so that when you turn on the mixer, no flour flies. Beat again in the mixer until everything is well mixed. Add the baking powder and mix lightly with the spatula or spoon until homogenized.
  2. Put the dough in a greased shape with butter and flour, take it to the preheated oven and let it bake for approximately 40 minutes, this time can vary more or less depending on the power of the oven.
