Em uma tigela coloque os ovos, o açúcar e bata na batedeira muito bem de 3 a 4 minutos.
Depois acrescente a manteiga ou margarina e volte a bater até homogeneizar.
Adicione o amido de milho, a farinha de trigo, o leite e misture levemente com uma colher  para que quando ligar a batedeira não voe farinha. Volte a bater na batedeira até que fique tudo bem misturado. Adicione o fermento em pó e misture levemente com a espátula ou colher  até homogeneizar.

Then add the butter or margarine and beat again until smooth.
Add the corn starch, wheat flour, milk and mix lightly with a spoon so that when you turn on the mixer, no flour flies. Beat again in the mixer until everything is well mixed. Add the baking powder and mix lightly with the spatula or spoon until homogenized.



Coloque  a massa em  uma forma untada com manteiga e farinha, leve ao forno pré-aquecido e deixe assar por 40 minutos aproximadamente podendo esse tempo variar para mais ou menos dependendo da potencia do forno.
