- White or whole wheat flour1/2 cup
- sour starch1/2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Chicken egg2 unit(s)
- Oil or olive oil1/4 cup
- Hot water1 cup
- Chemical cake yeast1 tablespoon
- Chia seed1 tablespoon
- Canned corn (2 tea coolers at home empadinha)1/2 can(s)
- Seasonings to taste
- Cottage cheese (I used 1 teaspoon in each pie) to taste
- In a bowl place the flour, flour, salt, eggs and oil. Mix it all up.
- Add the hot water and mix again.
- Then add the chia and the yeast.
- Mix everything until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- With the help of a spoon, arrange the dough in molds (up to half), put the corn and the curd, and fill the mold with a little more dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 40 minutes.
