  • Milk240 ml
  • Corn Flour or Cornmeal1 cup
  • Oil120 ml
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Guava300 g
  • Water120 ml
  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender to blend, except the baking powder.
  2. After beating until the dough is homogeneous, put the yeast and beat just to mix in the dough.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Syrup Beat the guava with water in the blender and bring it to a boil, then just throw it on top of the cake.
