Bata no liquidificador o milho, os ovos, o óleo, a manteiga, o açúcar, o leite e a pitada de sal, bata bem!

Beat the corn, eggs, oil, butter, sugar, milk and a pinch of salt in a blender, beat well!

Em seguida adicione o fubá e o fermento, no modo pulsar.

Then add the cornmeal and yeast, in pulse mode.

Unte bem a forma e adicione a massa, coloque para assar em forno pré aquecido a 210° por 45min.
