Ingredients

  • Corn (without the water) | 1 can(s)
  • Corn Flakes (Flocked Corn Flour) | 1 cup
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Oil | 1 cup
  • grated cheese | 1 cup
  • grated coconut | 50 g
  • Baking powder | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients except the baking powder and coconut. Beat for 3 minutes until well blended.
  2. Then add the yeast and coconut and stir with a spoon.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Until it turns golden. Enjoy your food!
