  • Green corn without water1 can(s)
  • Liquid whole milk1 can(s)
  • Cornmeal1 can(s)
  • Sugar3/4 can(s)
  • Oil3/4 can(s)
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. In the blender place the corn without the water, oil, sugar, cornmeal, milk and eggs.
  2. Beat very well for 2 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Lastly, add the baking powder, beat quickly just to incorporate.
  4. Pour this mixture into a mold (22 cm in diameter) with a central hole, greased and sprinkled with sugar.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. Remove from the oven, wait to cool down and unmold.
  6. And a cornbread spectacle is ready to be savored!
