  • cornmeal2 cup
  • sweet sprinkle1/3 cup
  • sugar3/4 cup
  • milk4/5 cup
  • baking powder1 tablespoon
  • oil (corn or canola)1/2 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Pinch of salt1 to taste
  1. In a pan put the cornmeal, sprinkle, salt, oil and milk.
  2. Place over medium heat and stir constantly until it comes out of the pan.
  3. Let cool.
  4. After the dough is cold, place it in a bowl and add the eggs one by one, beating in the mixer so that the mixture is homogeneous.
  5. Add the fennel, the yeast and your dough will be ready.
  6. To make the balls, place in a glass or cup a little sprinkle (a shallow tablespoon), right after, put a spoon of the dough and with the glass in your hand, make rotating movements so that the balls are shaped.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven in a greased shape at 200 degrees for approximately 20 - 30 min.
  8. 📍 TIP: Use fennel or a little coconut in the dough.
