  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Cornmeal250 g
  • Sugar250 g
  • Fennel1 teaspoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Milk3 tablespoon
  • Margarine125 g
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. In a deep bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
  2. Add the margarine and mix to form a crumb.
  3. Then add the eggs and milk and continue mixing until rolling.
  4. This dough is not too soft and not too dry.
  5. Take small portions and make balls, place in a greased shape with margarine and corn flour. Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes or until golden on the bottom.
  6. Store in a closed container.
