  • Wheat flour (cups of curd)2 unit(s)
  • Milk (cups of curd)2 unit(s)
  • Whole eggs2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Margarine100 g
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Filling: Chopped Mozzarella100 g
  • Egg to spread the croquettes1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs to pass the croquettes10 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, mix the corn with water and everything, the milk, the salt and the eggs. Beat well until the corn is crushed and set aside.
  2. In a pan, place the margarine, the chopped onion without letting it brown, then place the beaten liquid in this sauté and bring to a boil. Add the flour all at once. Stir well until it leaves the bottom of the pan. Let cool and knead the dough well.
  3. Take some of the dough, fill with the mozzarella, make the croquettes, pass the beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs. Fry in oil over low heat.
