- In a blender, mix the corn with water and everything, the milk, the salt and the eggs. Beat well until the corn is crushed and set aside.
- In a pan, place the margarine, the chopped onion without letting it brown, then place the beaten liquid in this sauté and bring to a boil. Add the flour all at once. Stir well until it leaves the bottom of the pan. Let cool and knead the dough well.
- Take some of the dough, fill with the mozzarella, make the croquettes, pass the beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs. Fry in oil over low heat.
