1 and 3/4 wheat1.3/4 cup
Baking soda1/2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Chocolate chips1 cup

In a bowl, mix the butter and sugars very well.
Then add the egg to the vanilla and mix very well,
Then mix the wheat and the salt and the bicarbonate, remember to just mix and not knead. Finally add the chocolate chips.
Cover the dough with plastic and put it in the fridge for 1 hr.
After that time, place a piece of parchment paper on the form and shape balls with the dough and put it in the form.
Bake at 180° degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
Do not exceed the time once the edges of the cookies are golden and it is good. It gets wet and after it cools it gets to the right spot.
