unsalted butter1/2 cup
peanut butter3/4 cup
baking powder1/2 teaspoon
sodium bicarbonate3/4 teaspoon
Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
egg1 unit(s)
vanilla extract1 teaspoon

mix the flour, bicarbonate and baking powder, set aside.
In a mixer, beat the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar.
Then add the peanut butter of your choice and beat some more.
Now add the egg and vanilla, beat until smooth.
Finally add the dry ingredients that we have reserved to the beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained. At this time, if your mixer is common, choose to stir with a spoon instead of using it.
Make balls the size you prefer, place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 180° for 12 minutes or until the bottom is starting to brown.
Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
