  • Gluten-free oat flour or 100% cocoa powder (or half and half)2/3 cup
  • Coconut Sugar (Other)1/2 cup
  • Egg whites2 unit(s)
  • grated coconut1/2 cup
  • Oilseeds (Macadamia is top but it can even be pumpkin or sunflower seeds)1/2 cup
  • Vanilla drops5 to taste
  • Pinch of salt1 to taste
  • Chocolate drops 🍫😋0 to taste
  1. In a bowl, combine the egg whites and sugar and mix well until dissolved.
  2. Add the other ingredients.
  3. If you want to make it half and half, leave the oatmeal and cocoa for last)
  4. Mix the other ingredients, divide the dough in half and only then put the cocoa in one, and the oatmeal in another.
  5. Bake for about 20/25 minutes at 200°C preheated oven.
