- Peanut Butter4 tablespoon
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Peanut flour (crushed peanuts)1/4 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- 70% cocoa chocolate80 g
- Mix the peanut butter, sugar and peanut flour well.
- Add the other ingredients and mix until the dough is very homogeneous (firm and pasty).
- Shape cookies and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with coconut oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven as soon as it's ready to get a crispy consistency on the outside and soft on the inside.
