- Tapioca Flour500 g
- Water (Until the point)1 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Condensed Milk125 ml
- In a bowl, place the sprinkle and add the water until it covers and is two fingers above.
- Leave overnight.
- Remove all the water with the help of a clean cloth without leaving excess.
- It will look like a block.
- Crumble this dough with your hands.
- Pass through a sieve and add the salt.
- In a non-stick skillet, shape the tapioca like a pancake.
- When ready, the dough will be united.
- Don't let it get dark.
- Flip quickly and let the other side dry.
- It should be removed from the fire while it is still white.
- Stuff to taste.
- Remove the tapioca from the skillet and, with a spoon, fill with condensed milk, fold and serve.
