1 cup of oil1 cup
2 cups of sugar2 cup
1 cup of orange juice1 cup
1 cup cornmeal1 cup
1 cup rice flour1 cup
1 cup cornstarch1 cup
1 tablespoon of baking powder1 tablespoon

In a bowl, sift the cornmeal, rice flour and cornstarch.
Reserve Squeeze as many oranges as you need to make a cup.
In a blender, beat the juice, oil, eggs and sugar for 3 minutes.
