Ingredients

• Sugar | 250 g
• Wheat flour | 250 g
• Milk | 200 ml
• Eggs | 3 unit(s)
• Yeast | 1 teaspoon
• Instant coffee | 4 dessert spoon
• Cinnamon | 1 coffee spoon
• Olive oil | 1 unit(s)

Recipe

1. Whisk the sugar, cinnamon, oil, eggs
2. Then add the wheat flour and baking powder last.
3. Warm the milk and dissolve the coffee
4. Add to the previous dough preparation
5. Pour in a greased and floured shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180° for 35 min or until it's cooked.
