  • Cooked, desalted and shredded cod3 cup
  • Chopped parsley2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Heat the oil and brown the onion. In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and add the sauteed onion. Heat enough oil to fry the dumplings (about three cups of tea for a deep frying pan), take spoonfuls of the dough and leave it in the pan until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels. Serve with lemon and chili sauce.
