Bata na batedeira o açúcar com a margarina, acrescente as gemas peneiradas
uma a uma e continue batendo até que se obtenha um creme claro e fofo.
Em seguida adicione o leite, acrescente a farinha e o fermento peneirados,
desligue a batedeira e por último despeje delicadamente as claras em neve.
Leve para assar em forma untada em forno pré aquecido por aproximadamente
35 minutos.


Beat the sugar with the margarine in the mixer, add the sifted yolks
one by one and continue beating until a light and fluffy cream is obtained.
Then add the milk, add the sifted flour and yeast,
turn off the mixer and finally pour in the snow whites gently.
Bake in a preheated oven for approx.
35 minutes.


Para cobrir o bolo bata os ingredientes no liquidificador e jogue em cima do
bolo ainda quente.
Polvilhe o coco ralado e leve para gelar por aproximadamente 2 horas.

To cover the cake, hit the ingredients in the blender and throw it on top of the
cake still warm.
Sprinkle with grated coconut and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
