  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Flour2 cup
  • Vanilla essence (optional)1 teaspoon
  • Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl add the eggs, margarine and sugar, mix well until everything is homogenized.
  2. After that add the milk and the sifted flour, mix again and then add the vanilla essence which is optional, mix and beat everything by hand after that add the yeast and mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured form. Add all the farofinha on top and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
  4. As soon as it is baked, remove from the oven and with it still hot, add the remaining condensed milk on top of all the remaining condensed milk and return to the oven turned off just to melt and brown with the heat. The cuca is ready! She is super cute and delicious.
