1. Adicione os ovos, misture o açúcar e a margarina misture bem. 

2. Em seguida, acrescente o leite, a farinha, o coco ralado, e misture. 
Adicione o fermento e misture. 

3. Coloque a massa em um assadeira untada com manteiga e farinha e leve ao forno pré-aquecido por 30 minutos dependendo do seu forno finque sempre um palitinho para ver se assou por inteiro.
Se quiser jogue coco ralado por cima depois de pronto. 
E pronto só se delíciar!
