Corn starch1 cup
Oat flour1/2 cup
Powdered sweetener3 tablespoon
Gem2 unit(s)
Coconut Milk2 tablespoon
Grated unsweetened coconut4 tablespoon
Light vegetable cream2 tablespoon

Mix the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mass that does not stick to the palm of your hand.
Roll into sticks on a floured surface and cut pieces diagonally (or shape as you like).
Press with a fork and arrange on baking sheets greased with vegetable cream.
Brush with the egg yolk and bake in a medium oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 minutes or until golden.
